Cause it make the
impression, that the most german anime characters ( I speak out experience)
be brought into connection with the nazis.
I don´t
refer it on your Pic for Special, but the experience show, that there are even now, in the 20th century still people left, who think that every german is still a nazi. I hope you understand my position.

(And nearly every german hetalia fan, who see pictures with Ludwig or Gilbert in this context will slam their hand on the desk.)

I'm well aware of the history of Germany and well aware of it's current status as a parliamentary republic. I also know that for the most part, Nazi imagery is illegal in Germany. As a matter of fact, Germany tries its hardest to white wash that period of history, and with good reason.

But I'm looking at this from a historical standpoint, Germany was once an empire governed by Nazis. And concerning Ludwig, well, he IS the German government in the period before world war two, ergo, he is a nazi.

I'm not making the impression that most German's or most German anime character's are Nazi's. I would never send such an ignorant message. I'm making the impression that Ludwig is a Nazi. Is it a pretty thing? No. Is it history? yes.
